Rob was instrumental in the purchase of our wonderful home in West Hartford. We relocated from the West Coast and only knew a little bit about the area. I engaged Rob to sell my property in difficult market circumstances. At all times, in my regular contact with Rob, I was assured through Rob´s feedback (i.e. his professional behavior) of very appropriate management of the process that ultimately led to a sale of the property. Market conditions forced me to sell at just over a 20% loss from the price I paid at the "bottom" of the 2008 financial crisis. However, Rob and I worked as a team, and we optimized the sale price in this context.
